IMDEA Networks Foundation is a public, not-for-profit entity, whose procedure for onerous contracts is regulated in compliance with the principles of communication, competition, transparency, confidentiality, equality and non-discrimination.

IMDEA Networks Foundation has the capacity to award contracts, pursuant to the provisions of Article 3.3(b) of the Government Contracts Act No. 30/2007 (now article 42 of Law 30/2007).
